Chilton's Antiques was first established in 1986 with one women's vision to create a store like no other. Her vision was to have the best selection of antique jewellery & to be the leading specialist in the field. Today we have continued this vision on by sourcing some of the best antique jewellery from around the world.

At Chilton's we sell a range of both new, antique & vintage estate pieces. All our pieces are chosen for their style, craftsmanship & their quality. We delight in bringing rare & unusual pieces from around the world to our clients. At Chilton's we see ourselves as curators of the past.

We pride ourselves on exceeding our customer's expectations when it comes to service for which we have won many awards for & we adhere to a strict code of ethical practices as per NCJV & AAADA guidelines so our customers can buy with confidence.

The principal of Chilton's Liz Stevens is a member of the AAADA (Australian Antique & Art Dealers Association), and is a member of CINOA (Confederation International des Negociants en Oeuvres d'art) which is a world wide esteemed non profit international antique dealers federation. Only a small number of Australian antique dealers have this prestigious title.

At Chilton's we are also members of the NCJV (National Council Jewellery Valuers).

Chilton's also prides itself on their wonderful staff. They have all been highly trained & are extremely knowledgeable in their areas of expertise. Chilton's Antiques is also a Multi award winning business with proud title of being named best antique shop in Sydney by "The alternative media group".

Liz Stevens

Liz has worked in the industry since & at Chilton's since 1993 & has acquired a wealth of knowledge in her specialist field in that time. She is considered an expert in her field has often been called upon to lecture for various organisations such as the Historic house trust (HHT) & the NCJV (National Council of Jewellery Valuers), performed customs valuations & has appeared on many TV & radio shows.

Liz is a qualified diamond grader & diamond technician, Gemmologist & a registered valuer with NCJV. You also may have heard Liz on the Sydney radio station 2UE. Liz started her radio career back in 2006 & has worked for 2UE & affiliated stations bring "Antiques & Collectables hour" into many homes from 4-5am every Saturday Morning. The show is also broad cast through various other radio stations Australia wide on the Southern Cross broadcasting network along the east coat of Australia. The show takes approx 20-30 calls a morning & deals with on air valuations & appraisals.

Liz has built a trusted reputation within the community & was honoured in 2011 with the title of Paul Harris Fellow. Paul Harris Fellow award which is awarded for exemplary work in community service.
